UK Standard Delivery

Sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. Royal Mail deliver 94% of 1st Class mail on time. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend upgrading to Next Working Day Delivery.

UK Next Working Day Delivery

Sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will arrive the next working day. A signature is required on delivery. If you are not home, Royal Mail will leave a card and hold your package at your local customer service point.

International Delivery

Sent via Royal Mail or DHL depending on destination. Delivery times may vary by country. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email or text. Please note: we cannot be held responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the courier.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email or text containing your parcel tracking code. A signature is required on delivery for all services.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Shaun Leane jewellery. If you change your mind within 30 days of purchase, we will happily offer a refund or exchange. All items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging.

  • The Shaun Leane Book (in original packaging, without personal message)
  • Faulty or damaged items — contact us first
Non-Returnable
  • Earrings and all pierced jewellery (hygiene reasons)
  • Engraved or personalised pieces
  • eGift Cards
  • Special, made-to-order, and bespoke pieces
  • Items purchased via a concession or independent stockist
Made-to-order and bespoke orders have a 14-day cancellation window from the date of purchase. Concession and stockist purchases must be returned to the original point of sale.
How to Return

Include your details

Place the following information inside the package — you can use the packing slip from your original order:

  • Order number
  • Full name and address
  • Telephone number and email
  • Whether you would like a refund or an exchange

Package your item securely

Wrap and package your item carefully with your return address on the reverse of the parcel.

Send it back

We do not currently offer free returns unless your item is faulty. You may use any courier of your choice — Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes, or similar. Return postage is at your own cost and is non-refundable (unless the item is faulty). Please keep your proof of postage: we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received at our returns office.

Returning from outside the UK? Contact us and we can arrange a return on your behalf. Cost varies by country.

We process within 5 working days

Once received, we aim to process your return or exchange within 5 working days. You will be notified by email. Please allow a further 3–4 working days for refunds to appear on your card statement.

Warranty & Repairs

12-Month Warranty

Every piece of Shaun Leane jewellery is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults. Fair wear and tear, accidental damage, and misuse are not covered. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Repairs

If your jewellery requires repair within the warranty period, we will arrange this free of charge. For repairs outside of warranty, please contact us for a quote. We will always do our best to restore your piece.

Vermeil Replating

We offer a professional replating service for vermeil jewellery to restore its original finish. Please contact us to request a quote — cost varies depending on the piece.
