Rose Thorn revisits the pointed silver ‘thorn’ studs from Alexander McQueen runways in the 1990s where they were placed on model’s faces. More earthy than ethereal, sterling silver, black rhodium silver and yellow or rose gold vermeil thorns transform ear studs and hooped earrings, thorn-laden ring stems, twisted chokers, statement cuffs and bangles in organic silhouettes - replicating a toughness in nature that empowers the wearer.
