Shaun Leane reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of stock. Shaun Leane offers products that are in stock and available for dispatch from our workshop. Silver items are held in stock but all diamond goods are made to order. You may from time to time be given the option of making an Advance Payment/Order for certain items to secure them when they become available.

Your rights regarding Advance Purchases are the same as for any other purchase. Items received into stock may be pre-allocated to satisfy Advance Payment orders, which take priority over Waiting List customers and standard orders.

If we are unable to deliver selected Advance Payment merchandise due to production problems or quality issues, we will notify you by email and refund the Advance Payment to your credit card within thirty days.

Prices shown on the site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT unless an alternative country has been selected. If you are buying from outside the UK, you will be responsible for any duties levied by your country. The final price for overseas customers will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details. This email is an acceptance of your order, and the contract between you and Shaun Leane will be perfected when we despatch the goods to you. The sale contract is concluded in London, England, and the language of the contract is English.

We reserve the right not to accept your order if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, if shipping restrictions apply, if the item is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards, or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out above.

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party for withdrawing goods from the site, removing or editing content, refusing to process a transaction, or unwinding any transaction after processing has begun.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro credit and debit cards. Payment is debited from your card when we process your order. All transactions on this website are processed using PayPal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

Shaun Leane reserves the right to change the price of goods at any time and without prior notice. Shaun Leane constantly checks to ensure all prices shown are accurate but cannot guarantee that no errors have occurred. Should an error occur, Shaun Leane will give you the option of re-confirming the purchase at the correct price or cancelling the order. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled.
