HOW CAN I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

DELIVERY - HOW LONG WILL MY PACKAGE TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We offer complimentary shipping on all of our UK & Global online orders, which we aim to dispatch within 2 working days. Upon dispatch you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a unique tracking number.

UK Standard Delivery:  Orders should arrive within 5 working days. 

International  Delivery (Fedex) : Orders should arrive within 7 working days. Excludes Russia. 

UK Next day: Orders will arrive the next working day if ordered by 3pm 

UK Saturday Delivery: Orders placed on Friday before 3pm will arrive on the Saturday

I HAVEN'T PURCHASED JEWELLERY ONLINE BEFORE; HOW CAN I BE SURE I WILL BE HAPPY WITH MY DECISION?

We at Shaun Leane strive to accurately represent our jewellery, via photos, product descriptions and measurements. Our past experience has been that the jewellery has exceeded our customers' expectations. 

However, should you wish to return the item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to change your mind and we will happily refund your payment.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Whilst we hope that you will love your Shaun Leane Jewellery, we are able to return or exchange items 30 days from the purchase date and so long as they are unworn, undamaged and in a good condition. The shipping and any international duties charges are non-refundable. See how to return to us here.

 

WHAT IF MY JEWELLERY ARRIVES AND IT DOESN’T FIT?

At Shaun Leane we are happy to adjust certain pieces of jewellery once purchased. Please contact us by phone on +44 (0) 207 493 9601 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm GMT or via email on info@shaunleane.com with your request and we will endeavour to help you.

You can also make a special request before purchasing online. Please email us at info@shaunleane.com. We will contact you if there is an additional charge or additional delivery times associated with your request. We also have a bespoke jewellery service.

WHERE CAN I LEARN MORE ABOUT THE STONES IN THE JEWELLERY?

Shaun Leane only sells jewellery made with precious or semi-precious gemstones.

I CANNOT FIND A PIECE OF JEWELLERY I WANTED A WHILE AGO, WHAT CAN I DO?

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A SPECIAL ORDER?

For Special orders or for items in need of sizing please contact us by phone on +44 (0) 207 493 9601 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm GMT or via email on info@shaunleane.com.

As special orders are generally unique pieces, delivery time may vary. Depending on the item, it may take between 4 and 8 weeks allowing us to source diamonds/stones and to hand make the jewellery for you. All items requested for special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

ARE CHAINS INCLUDED FOR PENDANTS?

Yes, unless otherwise noted all of our necklaces and pendants are delivered with the chain shown.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

Gift wrapping is provided as standard on every jewellery purchase. Each beautiful piece of Shaun Leane jewellery will be individually wrapped inside a beautiful Shaun Leane luxury branded gift box finished with a hand-tied ribbon.

If your item is a gift and you would like a Gift Message included in the package, please write your message within the Gift Message field on the Basket page before proceeding through the checkout.

 

ARE ITEMS PURCHASED ON LINE ACTUAL SIZE

It is impossible to show an actual size image on the Internet because computer monitors vary in size. We endeavour to show you the correct size in our model imagery and with the details and specification section with each piece.

IS VAT CHARGED ON LINE?

Yes VAT is charged at 20% for all UK and EU orders and is included in the retail price.

ARE DUTIES CHARGED ON LINE?

If you live outside the EU then you can change the currency using the currency convertor at the top left of every page. All Global prices include taxes and duties which are paid on your behalf. Please note the price will revert to UK£ pounds for the final payment at the check out. CAN I ORDER FROM OVERSEAS?

Yes. Either place your order online or call us on +44 (0) 207 493 9601.
Your price will be shown in the specified currency you choose in the currency bar at the top of the page. The actual transaction on your card will leave your account in £’s. There is no extra charge for this. We use current exchange rates. For delivery times for overseas destinations please see our Delivery Policy.

Please note we cannot deliver to Russia due to customs restrictions. 

WHAT CAN I DO IF I NEED MY JEWELLERY NOW?
