Striking & Modern Gold Cuff

Quill Cuff is handcrafted from yellow gold vermeil. The Quill silhouette is inspired by the Porcupine Quill earrings Leane made for the 2003 Alexander McQueen show, Irere. Architectural and archetypal, Quill Cuff is a statement piece and reflects on one of the core silhouettes of the House, and Leane’s early pieces on the McQueen catwalks of the 90s. A grid-like formation of five horizontal yellow gold quills perfectly frame the wrist, generating a hypnotic almost op-art effect when worn - voluptuous, flamboyant in style, alive with drama. Each quill is rounded yet uniform, making symmetry integral to the design. The power of Line, a house code, is in its simplicity, with curvilinear and tapered shapes. Designed to slip on the wrist, Quill Cuff is a supple jewel that becomes a contemporary, bold armour when worn.
