Graduated sterling silver pieces of shaped “bone” effect the serpent ensnared in a slither, coiling the earlobe in a climb. Featuring the bejewelled jaws of the serpent’s skull, its sinuous arc twists inwardly, framing the jawline of the wearer. In echoes of his galvanised Spine Corset for Alexander McQueen, the Serpent’s Trace collection is Leane at his most daring, taking our Mayfair team of trained goldsmiths four years to perfect.
