Hook Keychain is handcrafted from sterling silver and black Italian calf’s leather. Sculptural and practical, Shaun Leane’s signature Hook makes the perfect keychain fastening, with its elongated curl and ensnarling nook. Its playfulness is in its combination of materials; a supple, buttery cord of soft calf’s leather; the finessed hardware, perfectly crafted. The Hook silhouette - rounded curves that capture the light - draws attention to more sensuous parts of the body, like the arch of the thigh. Distinctive, jewelled pieces, tactile so to move with the wearer, with ridges you can run your fingers over. The knife-edge adds precision and sharpness, carving facets and shadows on the polished surface. A combination of light and shade that hints at something sensual, revealed in the wearer.
